I absolutely despise Efax – I was a member of this company for a few months until I realized how much of a rip off it really was (GOOD LUCK CANCELING THE SERVICE BY THE WAY!!). I hate this service so much that I created a review site dedicated to letting the world know how horrible the site is- http://efax.wordpress.com/

Here are a few problems that I found with Efax:

1. The price – simply do a google search and you will see that efax is the most expensive and gives you the least value. Basically, they get customers off of their major marketing campaigns. Def. Not word of mouth.

2. The Service SUCKS – People that tried sending me faxes were getting no fax tone, just “RINGING & RINGING”. In my line of business (Real Estate), a dependable fax is a necessity and this company caused me to unknowingly lose quite a bit of money.

3. Customer Service – They outsource the customer service. If you have a question, be prepared to stay on hold..:)

4. The software – I had to d/l that damn software if I wanted to pick up my faxes on another computer. PAIN IN THE ASS.
