Email Etiquette – Episode 46 – April 24, 2008
Email Etiquette – basically, it really ‘erks’ me when folks send a mass email and use TO or CC – and my email address is broadcast to the entire recipient list. Here are some ways to NOT do that and to look more professional:
Vertical Reponse
iConnect
Bronto
Mailman
ListServe
Microsoft Word e-mail merge

Hey, Adam!
Great post! And, an issue everyone should pay attention to! By not using the BCc field you breach your contact’s trust and privacy and open them up to a slew of unwanted e-mails and exposure.
I have a site full of free E-mail Etiquette services, articles, a Blog and even a Netiquette Quiz.
Why not stop by NetManners.com and check out my article on this topic “Don’t Brush Off Privacy”?
Take care ~
